Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

 

1.    Eligibility for Returns

- We accept returns on items that are in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with tags attached.

- Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the package. 

- Final sale items, including [sale items, customized or altered ], cannot be returned.

-         Return is only possible for a different size (not Color and Design)

-         Kindly note that it will take up to 14 days to receive the exchanged item.

-         Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective, or incorrect items).

2.    How to Return an Item 

To initiate a return:

1.    Contact our customer service team at [0526288814] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

2.  We will provide you with a **return authorization** and instructions for sending the item back.

3.Please pack the items securely in the original packaging to        avoid damage during return shipping and wait for pick up.

 3.Refund Process

- Refund is only possible if damaged or wrong items received.

- Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days .

- If the items are returned in an unsellable condition (e.g., worn or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer only store credit.
