Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 10–14 days. During busy seasons, it may take up to 20 days.

Shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL. International delivery usually takes 2–3 days after shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Customs
Any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a defect from our side. Any defect must be reported upon receiving the order.
